***Onsite, fixed-term role based in St. Johann in Tirol, Austria***
Join Crystal ski, as a Resort Accounts Controller and you’ll be a key link in the chain between our resort teams and our suppliers, providing essential accounts and admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Set up the sales database at the start of the season and maintain it throughout
- Assist with the training of resort staff on accounts processes
- Driving to visit your resorts to perform further training, reconciliations & assistance
- Manage accounting data and cash/card payments from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams
- Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances and assist the accounts processing team with reconciling invoices for payment
- Assist with credit card payment issues
- Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional European languages are advantageous.
- Have an open, friendly & collaborative approach, with the ability to quickly build trust with both colleagues and suppliers
- You have strong communication skills and you are comfortable explaining detailed processes to others in a simplistic way, using a variety of media
- You manage your time effectively and your attention to detail is high. You always produce work to an excellent standard
- You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to you
- You love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within specified deadlines
- You are tech savvy with a digital attitude. You’re confident working with Outlook, Excel and Word.
- You want the challenge of working overseas, like the idea of getting ski time but enjoy the structure of an office role
- Ideally, you enjoy driving overseas and are not daunted by doing so in snowy conditions
- You are highly numeric, preferably with accounts experience
