Your tasks:
- You drive the operational development of products, services or solutions from their conception and actively steer the deployment to multiple markets.
- You identify major gaps and develop recommendations for products & services, design and setup a product portfolio based on customer segments, major trends, market drivers and competition analysis.
- You define the target market/segments and develop the long-term market product strategy, mid-term plan and short-term roadmap, in close cooperation with our subsidiaries.
- You partner with Product Managers across markets to specify market and customer requirements for specific products/services and segments.
- You proactively implement planned product strategy into practice within defined timeframe and requirements.
- You act as key contact person between external strategic partners (software vendors) and A1 Group subsidiaries, in order to communicate and implement product and strategy related changes both ways.
- You drive overall standardization, simplification and harmonization of the product portfolio across our subsidiaries.
- You ensure the business continuity and good performance of your managed product portfolio with a proactive and supportive attitude.
- You actively observe the evolution of the market and develop Product and Sales activities.
- You closely cooperate with other departments such as Sales, Technology and Support, Finance and Controlling.
You participate in, or lead cross-functional and multinational project teams.

Our Requirements:
- Commercial or technical background
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in the IT, Technology or Telecom industry, experience in Cloud business is advantageous
- Product Marketing, Management Consulting or IT experience necessary
- Profound market and product know-how, preferably in the Cloud business
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Fluent in English, ideally proficient in one or more languages from our CEE footprint
- Good communication and presentation skills including
- Experience in project management is advantageous
- Ability to keep track of multiple parallel projects / activities is necessary
- Confidence in managing high revenue portfolio with large business impact

Our performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement of Telekom Austria AG is EUR 44.464,00. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
